If you wish to submit a complaint about the exam or appeal against a result please fill in the complaint form (the link on the right). Once the form is submitted it will be registered on our IT system and forwarded to the staff member assigned to your case. After the verification of the complaint we will contact you via e-mail or telephone using the contact details you have provided.

If your certificate has been lost you may apply for a duplicate copy by filling in the duplicate copy form (the link on the right). Issuing a duplicate copy of the certificate usually takes from one to seven business days from the date that payment has been received in the Digital Europe Foundation bank account. Bank transfer details are given on the first page of the form, the link for which can be found on the right. For any other issues or enquiries, get in touch with us using the contact form below. Please make your message concise and clear while providing as much detail as possible.

Please note that all exam complaints and duplicate copy requests sent via the general contact form will be automatically sent to SPAM and deleted.
