Lost or damaged certificates
If a European Digital Certificate has been lost or damaged in unexpected circumstances it is possible to applying for a duplicate copy of the certificate.
The fee for issuing a duplicate copy of a certificate is PLN 105 (gross) + delivery fee - PLN 16.50.
